Pachanga Trays

All Pachanga Trays serve 25 people. All food, salsas, and tortillas are made fresh in-house daily, with no preservatives. Option A is $359 and includes 25 tamales, 25 enchiladas, medium trays of rice and beans, salsa fresca, guacamole, salsa picante, chips, and salad. Option B, Appetizers, is $450 and includes quesadillas, flautas, nachos, guacamole, guacamole sauce, salsas, crema fresca, and chips. Option E is $425 and includes medium trays of pollo en mole, carnitas, rice, and beans, plus enchiladas, guacamole, salsa picante, fresh corn tortillas, and chips. Taco Bar is $349 and includes meat trays, ensalada de nopales, beans, fresh corn tortillas, pickled vegetables, guacamole salsa, salsas, agua fresca, and chips. Taquiza is $359 and includes chicharron salsa verde, chicken tinga, carnitas, grilled vegetables, beans, guacamole, salsas, pickled vegetables, fresh corn tortillas, chips, and tostadas. Option F is $379 and includes fajitas, a small meat tray, rice, beans, guacamole sauce, salsas, fresh corn tortillas, ensalada de nopales, and chips. Prices are subject to change without notice.
