A musical offering for pregnant women. In a relaxed atmosphere, participants discover the power of their own voice and sing simple songs, favourite songs and gentle melodies that promote calm and strengthen the connection with their baby. The new course starts on 18 September 2026, Fridays from 15:00 to 16:00. Cost: 10 EUR per session.

Baby massage course for parents and babies from six weeks, certified by IAIM. New course starts are listed as 24 August and 28 September. Mondays from 10:00 to 10:45, with each course consisting of five sessions. Registration is required.

Aku-Taping

Dehensible, skin-friendly tapes are applied around acupuncture points, meridians or to support the abdomen. Applications include back pain, symphysis loosening, support for a large abdomen, joint relief, carpal tunnel syndrome, uterine or bladder prolapse, rectus diastasis, umbilical hernia, tendon sheath inflammation and milk congestion. The tape remains on the skin for approximately five days and can get wet while showering. Cost depends on material used and ranges from 10 to 20 EUR.

Akupunktur bei Beschwerden

Acupuncture during pregnancy and breastfeeding is offered for complaints including oedema, nausea, vomiting, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, heartburn, sleep disorders, anxiety and tension, headaches and migraines, bladder-emptying disorders, constipation, psychological balancing and immune support. Cost: EUR 25 personal contribution per appointment, with the remaining costs billed to the health insurance provider.

Geburtsvorbereitende Akupunktur

Birth preparation acupuncture usually starts from the 36th week of pregnancy and takes place once a week, for approximately four to five sessions. Cost: 30 EUR per session, plus any applicable billing for consultation or treatment of complaints through health insurance.

Rückbildungskurs

Postnatal recovery courses with babies take place Tuesdays from 10:00 to 11:15 at Kindervilla Kivi in the family centre, Lucy-Lameck-Strasse 31, 12049 Berlin, second floor. The course periods are 8 September to 10 November 2026, with no sessions on 20 and 27 October, and 17 November 2026 to 19 January 2027, with no sessions on 22 and 29 December. The health insurer pays for a maximum of ten course hours when the course is completed by the end of the ninth month after birth. Missed sessions must be paid for privately. Registration is only possible after the child has been born. Participants should bring a large towel, something to drink and their health insurance card.

Birth preparation courses for first-time parents with a partner take place on 26 and 27 September 2026 and 28 and 29 November 2026. Saturday sessions run from 10:00 to 16:00 and Sunday sessions from 10:00 to 15:00. The pregnant participant's course hours are covered, while partners must privately pay 200 EUR, although some health insurers may cover this contribution. Held at Kindervilla Kivi in the family centre, Lucy-Lameck-Strasse 31, 12049 Berlin, first floor. Registration is required.
