Postnatal recovery courses with babies take place Tuesdays from 10:00 to 11:15 at Kindervilla Kivi in the family centre, Lucy-Lameck-Strasse 31, 12049 Berlin, second floor. The course periods are 8 September to 10 November 2026, with no sessions on 20 and 27 October, and 17 November 2026 to 19 January 2027, with no sessions on 22 and 29 December. The health insurer pays for a maximum of ten course hours when the course is completed by the end of the ninth month after birth. Missed sessions must be paid for privately. Registration is only possible after the child has been born. Participants should bring a large towel, something to drink and their health insurance card.
