Hawthorn Grange provides supported accommodation with 24-hour care. The flat fee includes daily accommodation, non-clinical care contribution, hotelling supplement, basic daily care, freshly prepared meals, personal care, medication assistance, room cleaning and laundry. Support at Home packages can be brought to complement the care provided and may be used towards clinical care costs. Fees are from $80 per day, with values indicative only and accurate at the time of printing.

Residential respite care

Short-term accommodation at Hawthorn Grange with 24-hour support in a safe, home-like setting. Guests receive personalised care including medication assistance, meals, personal care, housekeeping and access to social, wellbeing and lifestyle activities. Stays can range from a few days to several weeks, depending on availability and individual care needs. An ACAT assessment is usually required for government-funded respite care.

Short-term support in your home from a trained carer, allowing the regular carer to rest or attend to other commitments. Support can include personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship and medication reminders. Flexible options are available from a few hours during the day to overnight, weekend or extended support. Emergency respite care may be arranged if the primary carer is unexpectedly unavailable.
