Hawthorn Grange provides supported accommodation with 24-hour care. The flat fee includes daily accommodation, non-clinical care contribution, hotelling supplement, basic daily care, freshly prepared meals, personal care, medication assistance, room cleaning and laundry. Support at Home packages can be brought to complement the care provided and may be used towards clinical care costs. Fees are from $80 per day, with values indicative only and accurate at the time of printing.
