This industry-leading RCA training course and methodology is a flexible, all-industry approach compatible with systemic approaches such as 6Sigma. It uses risk management and escalation techniques and includes a toolkit for solving highly complex and high-risk problems. The course covers Focus, Find Causes and Fix Forever, followed by practical work on a current unsolved organisational problem requiring RCA. Workshop format is two days. Online format is six sessions of 2.5 hours each.
