The Company will beat any genuine, written, comparable quote from another licensed and insured furniture removalist by five per cent. The competitor quote must be provided before booking and before services commence, be current and dated within 14 days, include an equivalent service scope, and come from a registered Australian furniture-removal business with appropriate insurance. Quotes from online marketplaces, classified ads, individual contractors without a registered ABN, promotional discounts, one-off special offers, loyalty pricing, or quotes with materially different service conditions or payment terms are excluded.
