If furniture or goods are damaged solely due to the Company's negligence, the Company will pay for professional repair, subject to the customer having paid all amounts owing and complied with the Terms and Conditions. Damage must be reported to the supervising team leader before departure from the delivery site, with clear photographs and access for inspection. Customer-packed items must have been appropriately packed or protected. The guarantee excludes pre-existing damage, wear or defects, fragile or high-value items unless professionally packed and declared, damage caused by customer instructions, inadequate packing or restricted access, minor cosmetic or superficial marks, and consequential, indirect or financial loss. The Company may arrange and approve the repairer, and liability is limited to the lesser of the item's fair market value or the approved professional repair cost. Claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service completion with supporting evidence.
