Mandatory care consultation under Section 37(3) SGB XI for people receiving care allowance and being cared for at home. The consultation reviews whether current care is sufficient and provides advice on additional services and aids. For people with care grades 2 to 5, consultation is mandatory every 6 months. Costs are covered by the long-term care insurance fund. People with care grade 1 may also request a consultation.
