Available to eligible Citi Cards through participating loyalty programme websites, mobile applications or portals. Enrol through the relevant programme and complete the required verification. Transferred Points/Miles are immediately deducted from the Citi balance and credited to the participating loyalty programme account within 14 Working Days or another indicated period. An administrative fee of S$27.25 inclusive of GST applies to each Points Transfer, but the fee is waived for transfers from a Citi ULTIMA Card.
