Discounted Standard Variable Rate for new personal or owner occupied loans of $150,000 or more taken out as part of the Home Package Plus First Home Buyer Special Offer, with borrowings up to 95% of the security property value including lenders mortgage insurance, and principal and interest repayments. All applicants must be first home buyers who have never previously purchased a property. The discounted rate applies while the loan remains in Home Package Plus. Pre-approvals are excluded. The discounted rate is available on eligible loans applied for from 15 May 2026. Rates and discounts are subject to change.
