Discounted Back to Basics Variable Rate for new personal or owner occupied loans of $150,000 or more, with borrowings up to 60% of the security property value, principal and interest repayments and a Suncorp Bank transaction account. Pre-approvals are excluded. The discounted rate is available on eligible loans applied for from 15 May 2026. Rates and discounts are subject to change and may vary if the loan purpose or repayment type changes or if the borrower does not hold a Suncorp Bank transaction account.
