Discounted Standard Variable Rate for new Personal or Owner Occupied loans taken out as part of the Home Package Plus First Home Buyer Special Offer, with lending of $150,000 or more, borrowings up to 95% of the security property value including LMI where applicable, and principal and interest repayments. All applicants must be first home buyers who have never previously purchased a property. The discounted rate is currently 6.74% per annum, calculated by subtracting a 2.49% discount from the Standard Variable Rate of 9.23% per annum. The discounted rate applies while the loan remains in Home Package Plus. Rates and discounts are subject to change. Pre-approvals are excluded. Available on eligible loans applied for from 15 May 2026. A $375 annual package fee will be charged and reimbursed while the package is active.
