Discounted 2 Year Fixed Rate for new Personal or Owner Occupied lending in Home Package Plus of $150,000 or more, with borrowings up to 80% of the security property value including LMI where applicable and principal and interest repayments. The discounted rate is currently 6.24% per annum, calculated by subtracting a 0.45% discount from the Standard 2 Year Fixed Rate of 6.69% per annum. The offer applies while the loan remains in Home Package Plus. At the end of the two-year fixed rate term, the loan reverts to the applicable Standard Variable Rate advertised at that time, less the Home Package Plus discount. Pre-approvals are excluded. Available on eligible loans applied for from 26 June 2026. A $375 annual package fee will be charged and reimbursed while the package is active.
