The Chef Table Menu is for booking only and costs £48.80 per person. It includes lobster summer roll, grilled beef salsa with fresh herb, crispy home-made Vietnamese spring rolls, Vietnamese herbs five spice soft shell crab, sautéed scallop and squid with pineapple in sea salt and lemongrass olive oil, sea bass with banana leaf, stir-fry Mẹ Mẹ beef sirloin, stir-fried French bean with minced beef and dried shrimp sauce, home-style fried rice with Vietnamese sausage and prawns in king soy sauce, a fruit platter and pandan sago. 24 hours' notice is required for changes to group booking numbers, otherwise a cancellation fee of 30% of the individual amount may be charged.
