Redeem available Points, Reward Points, Miles or Cash Back for a Cash Rebate by sending an SMS in the prescribed format to 72484 from the mobile number registered with Citibank. Redemption denominations are S$10, S$20 and S$50. Points or Reward Points use the keywords CASH10, CASH20 and CASH50. Miles use PMCASH10, PMCASH20 and PMCASH50. Cash Back on Citi Cash Back+ Cards uses CSHBK10, CSHBK20 and CSHBK50. Sufficient Rewards must be available on the card used for the SMS redemption.
