Available to eligible Citi Cards through the Citi Mobile App. Redeem available Rewards for statement credits to the relevant Citi Card account. Successful redemptions are credited within 3 to 5 Working Days, although credits made shortly before statement issuance may appear on the following month's statement. Redemptions cannot be reversed, cancelled or changed.
