Define finance standards, policies and procedures, develop financial and operational information systems for the CEO, oversee long-term budgeting and cost management, develop fundraising strategies with the board, oversee subsidiary operations and compliance, analyse financial results, develop predictive models, represent the company to financial partners, investors, auditors and public officials, and improve financial and accounting systems and controls. Requirements include a Master's degree in Finance, CPA preferred, at least 3 years of experience in an international and multicultural environment, senior financial management experience, legal and accounting knowledge or experience, prior successful IPO project experience, strong judgement and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and preferably knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Navision ERP or an equivalent application.
