Develop and implement research strategy, build relationships with funders, deliver high quality research and policy outputs, produce policy briefs and other written outputs, network with academics, officials, representatives, think tanks and funders, supervise research staff, oversee departmental budgets and procedures, and evaluate research tools and emerging technology. Requirements include 5 or more years of professional experience, knowledge of real estate and emerging markets, strong analytical, modelling, communication and collaboration skills, advanced Microsoft Office skills, management and leadership capabilities, initiative, problem solving and adaptability. Experience with an investment bank, wealth management firm, consulting firm or real estate private equity business, and experience with overseas and local counterparts, are advantages.
