Identifies and executes M&A mandates across low carbon transition sectors in Latin America, including renewable power, circular economy, industrial decarbonization, water and waste management. Develops pitch books, provides regional market intelligence, manages multiple transactions, coordinates transaction parties, mentors junior staff, prepares materials for senior management and boards, and performs financial analysis, valuation, business planning and long-term value creation analysis. Remote work is permitted up to one day per week, with up to 20 percent travel to Latin America. Requires a bachelor's degree and five years of relevant investment banking or financial advisory experience, or a master's degree and three years of such experience, plus demonstrated expertise in Latin American M&A and sustainability transition strategy. Salary is $179,088 to $260,000 annually.
