Designs, develops, maintains and improves trading applications, implements algorithms in line with compliance and regulations, monitors and automates trading platforms, assists traders and researchers, performs root cause analysis and P&L reporting, mentors staff, leads cross-functional initiatives and coordinates with Market Access, IT Infrastructure, Operations and Compliance teams. The position is located at 787 Seventh Avenue, New York, New York, with telecommuting permitted 20 percent within normal commuting distance from the office. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, 40 hours per week. Requires a master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Financial Engineering or a related field and specified experience with C++, BOOST C++, Python, Oracle PL/SQL, Java, low latency distributed systems and financial product performance. Salary is $189,592 to $210,000 annually.
