Fraser Coast Veterinary Services is seeking a friendly and organised veterinary receptionist for a permanent part-time role of around 36 hours per fortnight in Maryborough, Queensland, with an immediate start. Responsibilities include greeting clients and patients, answering phones, managing enquiries, booking appointments, processing payments, maintaining accurate client and patient records, and supporting veterinarians and nurses with clinic administration and workflow. Previous veterinary reception or animal care experience is preferred, but training can be provided. The role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, strong organisation and attention to detail, confidence using computers and learning clinic software, a positive team-focused attitude, the ability to multitask and prioritise, and genuine care for clients, patients and the wider team.
