Join Harbour City and Boyne Tannum Veterinary Clinics in Gladstone, Queensland, in a 12-month FIFO arrangement working two weeks on and two weeks off. Flights from major east coast centres, accommodation and a vehicle are provided. The role involves managing a varied small animal caseload including consultations, diagnostics and surgery across both practices, contributing to continuity of care and positive patient outcomes, and working as part of collaborative clinical teams. Flexible working patterns are available within each rotation, with an 8.5 or 10-day fortnight, or a 4.5 or 5.5-day week plus on-call. The role includes a sustainable shared after-hours roster with dedicated teletriage support. Applicants need a minimum of 3 years' experience in small animal practice, confidence working independently in a busy clinical environment, strong clinical reasoning and communication skills, a focus on client relationships, a collaborative approach, and a genuine interest in regional practice. Remuneration is $900 per day plus super, with additional after-hours and on-call earning potential.
