High-level underwriting operations role focused on strategic risk evaluation, process optimization, and advanced client relationship management. Responsibilities include conducting complex risk evaluations, providing policy recommendations, guiding underwriting decisions, managing escalated cases, using data analytics to improve operations, developing workflow and automation solutions, collaborating with IT and analytics teams, supporting agent relationships, mentoring junior specialists, leading cross-functional projects, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and underwriting guidelines.
