Lead the evaluation of personal lines product performance and deliver actionable insights supporting profitability, competitiveness, and growth. Responsibilities include designing and improving business intelligence reporting tools and dashboards, managing projects and analyses, maintaining data accuracy standards, preparing and submitting rate, rule, and form filings, overseeing regulatory approval processes, analyzing profitability and market trends, developing recommendations for product and pricing changes, advising leadership, partnering with cross-functional teams, liaising with regulators and external partners, and mentoring junior analysts. A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, along with 5 to 7 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or data analytics and significant Property and Casualty insurance experience. Advanced SQL, relational database, Power BI, statistical analysis, Excel, and communication skills are required or preferred as specified. The position follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days, including Tuesday and Thursday as company anchor days. Salary range is $90,000 to $110,000 per year.
