The role includes serving as a primary client contact, preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney and healthcare directives, coordinating execution meetings, preparing probate and administration petitions, handling Surrogate's Court filings, assisting with trust funding and estate accountings, maintaining client files, tracking deadlines, and collaborating with attorneys and staff. Requirements include a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of law firm paralegal experience, proficiency with MS Office and Nitro or Adobe, strong client relationship, organizational, communication and confidentiality skills, and the ability to use technology efficiently.
