Goetz Platzer seeks an experienced Partner to help grow its Trusts & Estates and Fiduciary Litigation Group from its Midtown Manhattan office. Responsibilities include practice management and development, client relationship management, sophisticated estate planning, trust and estate administration, tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies, supervision and mentorship of attorneys, and talent recruitment. Required qualifications include a JD from an accredited law school, admission in good standing in New York State, 10+ years of Trusts and Estates experience, extensive complex estate planning drafting experience, trust administration and fiduciary knowledge, client relationship management skills, and strong communication and organizational abilities. A portable book of business of $500,000 or more is preferred, though exceptional candidates without a book will be considered. Annual base salary is $230,000 or more plus commissions on originated business, with additional benefits described on the page.
