Future trainees gain experience in Reed Smith's numerous business services teams while studying for their exams through the Professional SQE programme. During the Professional SQE year, trainees prepare for SQE1 and SQE2, study master's-level modules, undertake paid professional placements, rotate through two roles in different business services teams, receive full induction, and build a network across the firm before starting qualifying work experience.
