Reed Smith's solicitor apprenticeship programme offers school leavers and other early careers candidates the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge needed to launch a legal career. Apprentices receive high-quality training, gain experience supporting client teams, and can build relationships across offices and practice groups. Applications for the 2027 programme will be open from October 5, 2026 to 5pm on January 8, 2027.
