Elite New York intellectual property boutique seeks an associate for its trademark prosecution and design patent practice. The group handles trademark and design patent counseling, clearance, prosecution, and maintenance for major brands. Candidates should be 2020 to 2023 graduates of a top-tier law school with excellent grades, top-firm trademark and patent experience, strong research, writing, oral, interpersonal, and communication skills, New York bar admission, and USPTO patent attorney registration or eligibility to take the USPTO Patent Bar exam. Design patent experience is a plus. Base compensation is about $180,000 to $200,000, with substantial hours-based and discretionary bonuses, a pleasant work environment, and hybrid work.
