Elite New York intellectual property boutique seeks an associate for its IP litigation practice. Responsibilities include legal research, brief writing, discovery, and other aspects of trademark and copyright litigation. Candidates should have two to five years of litigation experience at a top-tier law firm, demonstrated interest in trademark or copyright law, top academic credentials, strong research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills, teamwork ability, and New York bar admission. TTAB experience or a federal clerkship is a plus. Base compensation is about $170,000 to $190,000 or more, with substantial hours-based and discretionary bonuses and a pleasant work environment.
