Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC is seeking a Taxable Fixed Income Trader and Senior Portfolio Associate in New York, New York. The role manages investment-grade bond portfolios for high-net-worth clients, focusing on short to intermediate duration strategies. Responsibilities include executing trades, monitoring issuers, constructing and maintaining portfolios aligned with client objectives, generating buy and sell ideas through relative value and fundamental credit analysis, collaborating with internal teams, and participating in select client discussions. Requirements include 5 to 10 years of relevant taxable fixed income experience, 3 to 5 years of taxable investment-grade portfolio management experience, investment-grade credit analysis skills, experience with separately managed accounts and high-net-worth clients, independent judgment, and strong communication and organizational skills. A CFA designation or master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate has extensive trading experience in US Treasury and corporate securities using electronic platforms. The position offers a base salary of $165,000 to $225,000, plus a bonus based on individual and firm performance, along with benefits and potential incentive compensation.
