Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC is seeking a Director of Family Office Services to oversee comprehensive wealth management and family office services for ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth families. Responsibilities include advising client families, leading multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, developing tailored wealth management strategies, overseeing accounting, reporting and compliance, coordinating with external advisors, improving processes, and supporting business development. A bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree such as a JD, MBA, CPA or CFP preferred. Candidates should have 10 or more years of experience in wealth management, private banking or a multi-family office environment, along with experience managing complex client relationships and multigenerational planning. Strong leadership, project management and interpersonal skills, knowledge of investment strategies, estate planning, tax structuring and family governance, and a high level of discretion and integrity are required. The anticipated base salary range is approximately $200,000 to $250,000 USD, with benefits and possible incentive-based compensation.
