Manage tax-exempt investment-grade bond portfolios for high-net-worth clients across short to intermediate durations. Responsibilities include performing fundamental credit analysis and ongoing issuer and sector monitoring, constructing and maintaining portfolios aligned with client objectives, risk tolerance, and income needs, evaluating relative value opportunities, monitoring market and economic developments, collaborating with internal teams on client portfolios and reporting, and participating in select client discussions. Requires 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in tax-exempt fixed income, including 5 to 7 years of tax-exempt investment-grade portfolio management experience, experience managing tax-exempt investment-grade bond portfolios, strong credit analysis skills, and the ability to work independently and exercise sound investment judgment. Experience with high-net-worth client portfolios is preferred. CFA designation or a master's degree is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are required. The position offers a base salary of $200,000 to $250,000, with a bonus based on individual and firm performance.
