Sills Cummis & Gross is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Tax, Trusts and Estates Practice Group as Of Counsel. This senior-level role advises high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate issues, including complex estate planning strategies, wills and trusts, trust and estate administration, business succession planning, family wealth transfer strategies, charitable and philanthropic planning, and family partnerships and limited liability companies. Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience in tax, trusts and estates law, a strong background in estate planning, trust and estate administration and related tax matters, experience with sophisticated planning techniques and high-net-worth clients, admission to both the New Jersey and New York bars, and excellent drafting, analytical, and client service skills. Prior experience in a law firm or comparable practice is preferred. The expected salary range is $250,000 to $300,000 depending on experience.
