Duties include household tasks, transport, meal preparation, social support, respite and personal care where qualified and trained. Applicants need a genuine passion for supporting older people, good communication, reliable teamwork, understanding of workplace health and safety, and an Australian driver's licence with access to a registered motor vehicle. Certificate III or IV in Individual Support is highly regarded but not essential.
