Seylone is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead multi-crew field operations on complex subsurface, excavation, and specialty scopes. Responsibilities include directing daily operations, enforcing safety and stop-work authority, coordinating with engineers, construction managers, clients, and inspectors, running toolbox talks, managing crew performance and site logistics, resolving field conflicts, maintaining schedules, and documenting work. Candidates need at least seven years of field supervision experience on heavy civil, excavation, or geotechnical projects, with strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, drawings, leadership, communication, and organization. Required certifications include 40 Hour HAZWOPER, OSHA 30, Competent Person for Excavation, and NYC SST. CDL is preferred.
