Deliver spiritual and pastoral support to residents, clients, families and employees across Catholic Healthcare homes in Bathurst. Duties include providing person-centred, faith-informed and trauma-aware care, leading prayers and worship activities, supporting end-of-life and palliative care, assisting with mission formation, facilitating visits from ministers of various faith groups and maintaining reflective spaces. Applicants should have relevant pastoral care or theology qualifications, experience in residential aged care or home care, experience supporting older people including those living with dementia, knowledge of trauma-informed care, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. This is a permanent full time role.
