Lead the operational, financial and clinical performance of Holy Cross Kincumber, a 102-bed residential aged care home. The role includes inspiring multidisciplinary teams, driving occupancy and workforce planning, managing budgets, ensuring resident outcomes and customer experiences, championing quality and compliance, and building relationships with residents, families and the local community. Applicants should have a Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration, extensive residential aged care or healthcare leadership experience, proven operational and financial management experience, knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC, and availability for a regional after-hours on-call roster.
