Join the team at ETSI L'Ouzeri in Paris. The role includes taking reservations through the platform and by telephone, welcoming and seating guests, ensuring smooth dining room operations, processing payments, setting up the dining room, cleaning the restaurant before and after service, and closing the till and restaurant when the manager is absent. The venue is looking for someone dynamic, reliable, committed and good with people. French fluency is essential. Previous service experience is an advantage but is not required. Immediate start. The role offers a minimum 4 month fixed term contract or a permanent contract, 42 hours per week, with flexible hours.
