Join the kitchen team at Etsi L'Ouzeri. The role includes following and carrying out mise en place and recipes, working independently from preparation through plating, following hygiene and restaurant cleaning rules, and keeping stock records for orders. Candidates should be dynamic, reliable, able to follow recipes and instructions, have a good team spirit, and be interested in Mediterranean cuisine. Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not required. Immediate start, 42 hours per week, flexible hours and a rotating schedule. Fixed-term contract with possible progression.
