Reid Accountants + Advisors is seeking an experienced Senior, Tax & Accounting to join its team. This diversified role includes general accounting and income tax preparation. Responsibilities include evaluating and recording client business transactions, reviewing general ledger accounts, preparing and reviewing individual, fiduciary, corporate, partnership, and multistate tax returns, monitoring financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and assisting Partners and Managers with assignments and special projects. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA or CPA candidate status, at least 5 years of experience in a CPA firm, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with UltraTax CS, Checkpoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and Intuit products is preferred. The position is full-time, initially remote and transitioning to a hybrid role requiring in-office work 3 days per week in Columbia or Lexington, South Carolina. Relocation is required once the South Carolina office is established.
