Join Taylor Howes' growing team as Senior Social-Media & Marketing Manager. The role leads and manages the overall marketing strategy, with a focus on overseeing and executing social media across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites and Pinterest. Responsibilities include coordinating with Business Development, the Head of Studio, the marketing team, external PR agency and suppliers, approving and producing content, planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns, managing brand messaging, monitoring analytics and campaign performance, coordinating events, supporting internal communications, responding to public relations issues, and reporting on results. The role also leads, mentors and manages the Social-Media & Marketing Executive. Candidates should have experience generating written, photographic and video content, managing social media strategies, coordinating events, line managing junior team members, managing multi-brand accounts for at least 6 years, managing websites and delivering email marketing campaigns. A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related social media field is preferable. The company is seeking someone strategic, analytical, organised, creative, professional and passionate about design, with strong communication and leadership skills.
