Another A Story is seeking a Senior Producer to develop and execute creative visions for multiple experiential projects, including pitches, proposals, venue sourcing, critical paths, timelines, supplier negotiations, budgets, schedules and event books. The role includes vendor and client management, financial oversight of projects ranging from $500,000 to $2 million, onsite event production, team leadership and mentorship. Candidates should have an interest in and knowledge of the luxury sector, extensive creative event production and vendor management experience, excellent communication, multitasking, time management and problem-solving skills, at least 5 years of luxury event production experience, and a strong understanding of health and safety, insurance, permitting and security requirements. Experience leading complex projects across global markets and a passion for culturally and emotionally resonant storytelling are required. This office-based role requires 4 days in the office and 1 day from home during probation, moving to 3 office days and 2 home days after successful completion of probation.
