Based in Los Angeles or New York, this hands-on, client-facing role sits at the centre of the new business team and reports to the US VP Client + Business. Responsibilities include leading pitch narratives, creative strategies, client responses and presentations; managing the Experiential Coordinator; leading design-first experiential and luxury events; managing the full RFP lifecycle; developing budgets; building client relationships; supporting business development; and leading collaboration across creative, production, strategy and technology teams. Requirements include 6+ years of event industry experience in the lifestyle, beauty and luxury sector, experience leading large-scale experiential productions and complex multi-market activations, managing budgets over $2 million, agency experience with multiple clients and projects, 4+ years overseeing producers, strong written and communication skills, and a hands-on, execution-focused approach. The role is office-based, with hybrid working after probation.
