Reid Accountants + Advisors is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Audit to oversee and manage audit engagements, ensure compliance with professional standards, supervise and mentor team members, maintain client relationships, and identify business development opportunities. Responsibilities include planning and executing audits, reviewing work papers and financial statements, communicating findings and recommendations, managing client relationships, collaborating with partners and senior management, monitoring regulatory compliance, participating in business development, and staying informed about industry and regulatory developments. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA or CPA candidate status, at least 5 years of experience in a CPA firm with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, knowledge of auditing and accounting principles including GAAP and GAAS, and required nonprofit experience. Experience with CCH Engagement, Microsoft Office Suite, and Intuit products is preferred. Uniform Guidance and construction experience are a plus. The role is hybrid, typically scheduled from 9:00am to 5:30pm with increased hours during busy seasons, and offers a salary range of $140K to $155K annually, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and learning.
