WindsorPatania is seeking a visionary Senior Concept Architect to help shape the firm's architectural direction and design identity. The role involves developing high-quality architectural concepts for luxury residences, large-scale residential projects and high-tech educational buildings, producing autonomous 2D and 3D designs from initial sketches to detailed visualisations, and integrating aesthetic and technical excellence. Responsibilities include refining the firm's architectural style, staying informed about architectural trends, materials and technologies, and leading, mentoring and managing a team of architects. Applicants should have 5 to 10+ years of experience in architectural concept design, preferably across luxury residential, large-scale residential and high-tech educational projects, a strong sense of architectural aesthetics, advanced proficiency in software including AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Suite, technical understanding of building materials and construction methodologies, strong problem-solving skills, and future leadership ability. Fluent English is required, Italian is a plus, and international experience is welcomed. The position offers a key role in shaping WindsorPatania's architectural vision, leadership growth and professional development, high-end projects, and a collaborative work environment in the Florence office. Full-time hybrid working includes 3 office-based days and 2 flexible remote-working days.
