Responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, producing detailed drawings, 3D models and specifications, attending client meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring code and regulatory compliance, supporting construction administration, integrating sustainable design principles, and staying informed about architectural trends, technologies and materials. Requirements include a Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, experience in architectural design, proficiency in drawing software, strong design sensibility, excellent communication and presentation skills, a portfolio demonstrating architectural projects and design skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification is a plus.
