Full-time role leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion, including project planning, design development, construction documentation, and coordination with clients, contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include developing innovative design concepts, using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite, engaging with clients, conducting quality assurance reviews, and mentoring junior architects and architectural staff. Applicants require a bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, at least 8 years of professional experience in architectural design with a focus on project leadership and management, and a comprehensive design portfolio. Registration as an architect is preferred. Proficiency in BIM and sustainable design practices is highly desirable, along with leadership, organisational, time management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of architectural trends, building codes, regulations and construction processes.
