Help maintain and direct Miel's coffee and drinks programme, improving the quality and consistency of drinks and service. Responsibilities include dialling in coffee throughout the day, training the team in quality testing and consistent milk frothing, developing roast profiles, guest beans, special drinks and retail coffees, developing tea and cold drinks, communicating speciality coffee knowledge to customers, and maintaining exceptional hygiene and deep-cleaning routines. The role requires consistent latte art, exceptional attention to detail, pride in work, strong people skills, flexibility, multitasking ability, and a proven record as a senior barista and in leading, coaching and developing a team.
